Michigan confirms 446 cases of COVID

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is confirming 446 cases of COVID and 27 deaths.

State labs tested at a positivity rate of 2.19 percent on Thursday, which is the lowest rate since June 14 of last year.

The seven day average positivity rate has dropped to 3.9 percent which is the lowest since early March.

Kent County confirmed 35 cases and no new deaths.
