Grand Rapids has been home to electric scooters for some time, but on Friday, electric bikes were added to the streets.
Mobility company Lime added 150 bikes and 300 scooters to the city's micromobility pilot program on Friday.
As of mid-May, the scooters had been rented 141,252 times with over 269,000 miles traveled.
