Metro Health says it will not administer the Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccine to women under the age of 50.
Most people who developed blood clots after receiving the vaccine were younger than 50.
The health system says that although the chances of developing a clot are around 1 in 143,000, they made the choice out of an abundance of caution.
