LANSING, Mich. - During a press conference on Thursday morning, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced the easing of coronavirus restrictions, once enough people are vaccinated in the state.
She unveiled the 'MI Vacc to Normal' plan that will ease restrictions as a certain percentage of people get vaccinated.
