The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is confirming 4,867 cases of coronavirus.
The state also confirmed 108 deaths, 75 of which were found during records checks.
State labs tested at a positivity rate of 12.05 percent on Wednesday.
Kent County confirmed 326 cases and three deaths.
