GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Area travel agents are enjoying a rebound in the number of people who are looking to take a trip.
"We definitely went through some times where I don’t think people were traveling pretty much at all. The last couple of months it’s definitely picked up quite a bit," Chic Travel Boutique owner Nicole Kelly told WOOD-TV.
Kelly is urging people to be aware of pandemic protocols at their destinations.
Travel numbers last month were some of the highest since the pandemic hit.
