The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is confirming 4,964 cases of COIVD-19.
The state also confirmed 58 deaths, 16 of which were found during records checks.
State labs tested at a positivity rate of 17.03 percent on Monday.
Kent County reported one new death, along with 268 new cases.
