MI confirms 6,000 COVID-19 cases, first case of Brazil variant

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is confirming 6,036 cases of COVID-19.

The state also confirmed 33 deaths which came from records checks which are done three times a week.

Michigan now have one confirmed case of the Brazil variant found in Bay County.

State labs tested at a positivity rate of 12.8 percent on Wednesday.
