The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is confirming 1,316 cases of COVID-19.
The department is also confirming 34 deaths, 18 of which are from routine records checks.
State labs tested at a positivity rate of 4.14 percent on Monday.
Kent County recorded 105 COVID-19 cases and no new deaths.
