GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - The ongoing coronavirus pandemic has forced Amway Riverbank Run organizers to reschedule the event.
It'll now take place on October 23rd. It was scheduled for May.
"We feel delaying this year's event to allow more participants and volunteers to be vaccinated will give us the chance to offer a safer and responsible in-person event," David Madiol, the race director, said in a statement.
