Restaurants are preparing for a busy Valentine's Day weekend with pent-up desire to get out to restaurants after shutdowns of restaurants.
Operations director for All-In Hospitality Group Chris Funaro says they anticipate really great business Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Restaurants and bars are excited to be open, however 25 percent capacity is making it difficult for some.
Funaro says at Donkey Taqueria 25 percent capacity is 25 people in the restaurant at a time.
