Former Michigan House Speaker Lee Chatfield has been named the CEO of Southwest Michigan First.
The company is an economic development engine.
Chairman Aaron Zeigler says Chatfield has the right work ethic and vision for the company.
Chatfield served in the Michigan legislature for six years and held leadership roles for four of those years.
