Kent County Circuit Court is preparing to begin limited in-person hearings as trends in positive COVID-19 cases continue to fall.
The Kent County Health Department says the court can begin in-person meetings again on March first.
The court will not be able to hold trials yet as it is not yet safe to bring in jurors.
Officials are looking into possible rapid testing to resume in-person trials.
