Kalamazoo pastor helping homeless population

A Kalamazoo pastor is working to get people struggling with homelessness into tiny homes.

Pastor William Stein started the faith-based Shelter Kalamazoo organization and plans to buy 50 aluminum shelters to help the community as soon as possible.

Stein then plans to build 100 tiny homes that individuals would eventually own.

The organization also hopes to help individuals with addiction services, counseling, finding jobs and any other services needed.
