Some restaurants not bothering with reopening dining rooms on Feb. 1

Restaurants and bars can open to 25 percent capacity with a 10 p.m. curfew on February 1.

However, some restaurants say it isn't worth it to reopen.

Long Road Distillery says to open their kitchen it takes a certain number of staff, which requires getting enough people into the restaurant to pay the expense.

The distillery says they will stick with to-go cocktails instead.

The Mitten Brewing Company says the 25 percent capacity step isn't very exciting but they know it leads to 50 and 100 percent capacity.
