The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is confirming 1,872 cases of COVID-19 and 80 deaths.
Of the 80 deaths, 67 were found during records checks.
State labs tested at a positivity rate of 4.48 percent on Wednesday.
Kent County confirmed 111 cases and two deaths.
