GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - A local leader of the United Auto Workers is facing felony charges of falsifying records and embezzlement.
Brian Rittenhouse, who was the financial secretary of UAW Local 1320 in Kent County, has been charged with one count of false entry in record required to be kept by labor organization and one count of embezzlement and theft of labor organization assets.
