The Michigan Licensed Beverage Association says they anticipate an announcement that restaurants may open for dine-in service on February 1.
The group cited a conversation with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and Governor Whitmer's office.
The post says the date will allow time to work with supplies as well as work out staffing issues.
Capacity restriction are expected to still be in place.
