A Charlotte man is in custody after allegedly calling in a bomb threat to the Michigan Capitol on Thursday.
The Michigan Attorney General's Office says 47-year-old Michael Varrone made the call around 6:45 a.m.
He was arrested without incident on Thursday afternoon.
Michigan State Police say a bomb squad was sent to the Capitol and confirmed no danger.
