West Michigan hospitals see downward trend in bed occupancy

West Michigan hospital are sharing the occupancy rates as we wait to see how holiday travel will impact COVID-19 cases in the state.

Mercy Health Muskegon is reporting 100 percent bed occupancy, however all other hospitals on the lakeshore have see decreases.

Spectrum Blodgett is now at a 69 percent occupancy, down from 85 a week ago.

Spectrum Butterworth saw a similar decline and is now at 71 percent. from a 78.

Metro Hospital is reporting under to percent capacity.
