LANSING, Mich. - On Friday, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services announced a new epidemic order.
The order, which takes affect Monday and goes through Jan. 15, allows in-person learning in high schools, with colleges returning next month.
Entertainment venues can also re-open under strict guidelines. However, in-person dining is still prohibited under the order.
