Arleen Xirum picked her husband up from the Calhoun County Correctional Facility ICE detention center on Friday just in time for the holidays.
Oscar Xirum-Sanchez was picked up by U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement four months ago and the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan worked to get him out.
In April, the ACLU sued ICE to get detainees out of federal custody if they are at high risk for COVID-19.
