GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) Over 100 House Republicans have signed a legal brief in support of the Texas attorney general's 2020 election lawsuit.
Congressman Bill Huizenga, R-Zeeland, is one of them.
"We don't things were done by (Secretary of State) Jocelyn Benson in the way it's prescribed in Michigan law," Huizenga told WOOD-TV. "On top of that, the way that Wayne County handled their absentee ballots, there's some real questions."
Jack Bergman, John Moolenaar and Tim Walberg have also signed the brief.
