GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - To help local restaurants with outdoor dining heading into the colder months, the Grand Rapids' Downtown Development Authority received $175,000 to fund the Winter Ready Grant Program.
The move occurs two days after the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services extended its current epidemic order, in which indoor dining is prohibited.
