Trump Campaign Lawsuit Dismissed by Michigan Judge

LANSING, Mich. - On Wednesday, President Donald Trump's campaign sued the state of Michigan over whether Republican challengers had access to the handling of absentee ballots.

On Thursday, Judge Cynthia Stevens said that the defendant, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, was the wrong person to sue, noting that she does not control the logistics of local ballot counting.
