The Kent County Health Department is partnering with a software developer to launch a new COVID-19 tool to track cases.
CoherentRX helped create the program called Patient Education Genius and will collect information from individuals who test positive for the virus through a digital survey.
The survey will collect information on isolation and quarantine information.
