An emergency hearing was held on Wednesday between Libertas Christian School and Ottawa County Health Department.
The department issued a cease and desist order that resulted in the school closing.
Ottawa County health officials claims the school was not following social distancing and mask requirements.
The hearing will resume on Thursday afternoon.
