GRAND HAVEN (WOOD-AM) - A Grand Haven chiropractor is suing to invalidate the state's rules on face masks.
It comes after the Ottawa County Department of Public Health ordered Semlow Peak Performance Chiropractic to enforce a mask mandate.
The lawsuit says the health department has the authority to regulate the size of gatherings, but not the use of masks.
