BATTLE CREEK (WOOD-AM) - Battle Creek has become the latest city in the region to purchase body cameras for its police department.
The Battle Creek City Commission voted unanimously to make the purchase during its meeting last night.
According to the terms of the contract, Battle Creek will pay just under $150,000 over a five-year span.
