Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Director Robert Gordon are asking the Michigan Supreme Court to clarify their ruling on when the executive orders are no longer in effect.
Governor Whitmer has filed motion asking the court to clarify that their October 2nd ruling does not take effect until Friday, October 30th.
