GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) —Grand Rapids police say a shooting incident happened on US-131 at the S-curve in Grand Rapids Tuesday afternoon.
Officers say about eight shots were fired from a car’s window at another car around 2:45 p.m.
Roughly 40 minutes later police said a 24-year-old man showed up to the hospital with a gunshot wound in the thigh.
GRPD says the victim gave officers conflicting statements and that the person may have been shot in that incident.
Officers also say what led up to the shooting is unknown.
