Michigan Supreme Court requests briefs on governor’s powers

LANSING, Mich. (WOOD TV) — Justices with the Michigan Supreme Court have requested additional information after hearing several hours of arguments regarding Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s sweeping use of authority during the coronavirus pandemic.
