Circuit Judge James Jamo signed an order Wednesday allowing Enbridge to restore flow to one of their line 5 pipes under the Straits of Mackinac.
The line carries oil and liquids from Superior, Wisconsin to Sarnia, Ontario.
Judge Jamo on June 25th approved a request to close the line from Attorney General Dana Nessel.
