Lawsuit claims company knew of racism, punished complainants

A Byron Center company is part of a lawsuit that claims two employees were subject to racism and then punished when they complained about it.

Pace Transportation employees Javon Norman and Roman Arizola say they were subject to crude and brutal racist language as well as threats of violence.

Civil Rights Attorney Jon Marko says there is video evidence that no one can dispute.
