Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker says Juan Nico Garcia faces two counts of open murder, one count of assault with intent to commit murder and weapons charges for a double homicide earlier this year.
Garcia is already in jail after he was charged with perjury for lying to investigators about where he was the night Jai-onna Braden and Quavon Lee died.
