Grand Haven is celebrating the 96th annual Coast Guard Festival virtually due to Coronavirus.
The festival was cancelled in May and organizers say there will be a major loss of income due to the 28 cancelled events.
Local businesses say they see a loss without increased foot traffic from the celebration.
