GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Health department officials in Michigan report seven additional deaths linked to COVID-19 and on Sunday confirmed 384 more cases, the latest state data shows.
According to the latest data released Monday afternoon, the total number of deaths increased slightly to 6,075 and the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases to 69,722 since the outbreak began in March.
Regarding the positive outcome for testing, Michigan's average was 2.6% positive. The WHO recommends testing positivity rates remain below 5%.
