LANSING (WOOD-AM) - Gov. Gretchen Whitmer will hold a press event Thursday on the state's response to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.
Whitmer will be joined by Joneigh Khaldun, the chief medical executive of the state, for the news conference scheduled for 11:30 a.m. It will be carried on WOOD-AM.
State health officials confirmed another 610 coronavirus cases yesterday. That's the biggest daily increase since May 20.
