Gym owners in West Michigan are frustrated especially after two Federal Court rulings that contradict each other.
Federal District Judge Paul Maloney issued an order last week that gyms could open Thursday.
Then the Federal Court of Appeals ruled late Wednesday that the gyms had to stay closed per Governor Whitmer's order.
