The executive order from Governor Whitmer that allowed the eviction moratorium due to the coronavirus will expire Thursday.
Some renters want the moratorium extended even though the stay at home order has been lifted.
A landlord spoke to News 8 saying that communication between renter and landlord will help avoid evictions.
