All three branches of government will be in play today as the Michigan Court of Claims hears a lawsuit by the legislative branch against Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
The Republican-led legislature says Governor Whitmer's executive orders are "invalid and unenforceable" while her attorney's say she has the power for a speedy response to public health emergencies.
