GRAND RAPIDS TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A missing teen with diminished mental capacity has been found safe according to The Kent County Sheriff’s Office.
Police said Jonathan Michael Waters was last seen at midnight Sunday morning near Knapps Street NE and East Beltline Avenue NE in Grand Rapids Township. D
Waters was located and said to be safe according to police as of 10 a.m. Sunday morning.
