(WOOD) — A Battle Creek police officer is in stable condition after being shot three times early Saturday morning, and authorities need the public’s help to find the suspect.Officer Jeffrey Johnson, the officer who was shot, is in surgery and while his injuries are substantial, he is expected to make a full recovery, Battle Creek Police Chief Jim Blocker said.
