GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Michigan is the first state in the country to ban flavored e-cigarettes.
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer issued emergency rules to immediately ban the retail and online sales of flavored cigarettes. It will also ban misleading marketing of vaping products, according to a news release from the governor’s office.
