(Gilroy, CA) -- The Medical Examiner's office in Gilroy is ruling the Garlic Festival shooter's death a suicide.
A Santa Clara County coroner ruled today that Santino Legan shot himself to death. This contradicts earlier police reports that indicated officer's shot the suspect after he opened fire with an assault rifle.
Three people were killed and about a dozen were injured in last Sunday's shooting.
