Shooting suspect turns himself in at GR police department
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (via WOOD TV 8) —UPDATE: Grand Rapids police say Terrell Nigel Tate turned himself in Sunday morning. He is currently locked up, and is expected to be in court sometime this week.
