GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — U.S. Rep. Bill Huizenga, a Republican from Zeeland, says the House of Representatives has the “power of the purse” when it comes to the budget process.
For example, Huizenga talks about the $300 million for the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative funding that was first cut in President Donald Trump’s budget before hepromised"full funding" for it.
