GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Before westbound I-96 closes on Monday morning there will be plenty of work to prepare for that beginning Friday night and continuing all weekend.
Starting 9 p.m. Friday night and staying in place through 3 p.m. Saturday, there will be a double-lane closure along northbound US-131 from Franklin Street to I-196. There will also be a double-lane closure along southbound US-131 from Ann Street to I-196.
A single-lane closure along eastbound I-196 from Lane to Ottawa avenues. The ramp from Pearl Street to northbound US-131 will be closed.
