GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A Greenville man is out on bond after being charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct.
Francisco Muniz, 39, was employed as an X-ray technician at Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital in East Grand Rapids when the alleged assaults took place.
Muniz was arraigned on Feb. 27 on one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, which are both felonies.
Court records obtained by Target 8 detail two separate alleged assaults in July 2018 and January 2019. In both cases, the alleged victims were patients at Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital.
