GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (via WOOD TV 8) – The Aquinas women's basketball team and the Cornerstone men's basketball team will play for their respective WHAC Championships.
Aquinas defeated Rochester 54-49 Saturday afternoon at the Sturrus Sports and Fitness Center. The 23rd-ranked Saints advance to face 7th-ranked Indiana Tech. The finals are Monday night. It's the first time Aquinas has advanced to the WHAC Tournament championship game since the 2007-08 season.
